Boarding
Our Kennels are warm, clean and homey feeling. Our office is right next to the kennels, to ensure safety and provide comfort to our boarders and their owners. We have several off leash areas to provide maximum flexibility. Our kennels are fully climate controlled offering forced air heating when it is cold and air conditioning when it is hot.

Dogs: $22 Day
Each dog will have its own dog run (unless you have more than one, we can put them together if you like).
We suggest you bring something familiar to them to help the feel at home. Bring toys, chew toys, or any bedding that can be washed.
**We are not responsible for any lost or destroyed items.
All dogs use our outside exercise pens free of charge!
Regarding food, we prefer to use your food so they have no discomfort while staying with us. Dogs do not adjust the same as we do and they need to stay on the same food so it does not upset their stomach.
Unlike other boarding establishments we do not charge for this as we care about your dog! We also feed according to your schedule (up to 3 times per day).

Cats: $12 Day
We have a separate area for cats and each will have its own Kitty Condo. We will provide the kitty liter or if you prefer you can bring your own. Cats can climb around or lounge to their heart's desire.
We include scratching posts and hideaways for your kitty to enjoy. Our environment is designed to keep even the prissiest kitty happy.

General Boarding Information:

All pets will be charged for the first day of boarding, regardless of arrival time.

If your pet is picked up before 12 noon Monday thru Saturday on the day of departure, you will not be charged for that day. Sunday is a full day charge.

For those whose schedules do not allow them to arrive and depart during normal business hours, pets can be dropped off or picked up outside of normal business hours. There is an after- hours charge of $20. This must be arranged in advance.

No after hour pick ups and departures before 7:00 AM or after 7:30 PM.

In select mile radius, we also offer pick up and drop off service for an additional fee. Call us for more details.

Credit Card Policy; Just like a Motel we do require a Credit Card on file to make a reservation at our facility. Your credit card information is locked away in our computer system that only management can access. When picking up your pet(s) from our facility you can pay with Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover, we will not use the card on file to bill out for your pets stay.

Cancellation Policy; We do require cancellations. We require a minimum of a 24 hour notice before your pet's arrival date not the time your pet is scheduled to arrive. If we receive a cancellation within the 24 hour time there will be a 1 day charge per pet. If we do not receive a cancellation notice, then your pet is considered a No Show and you will be charges for the full reservation and any services that were requested. We will bill the Credit Card that is on file, and mail a copy of the receipt.
